Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Bangalore to Mysore – Heritage & Royal Landmarks

Morning pickup from Bangalore and begin the journey towards Mysore. En route, stop at Srirangapatna, an island town known for its historic significance.

Visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, one of the largest Vaishnavite temples in South India, followed by Srirangapatna Fort and Tippu’s Summer Palace, where you can explore stories from the Mysore Kingdom.

Continue towards Mysore and visit Chamundi Hills, offering panoramic views of the city, and seek blessings at Chamundeshwari Temple. Later, explore Mysore Zoo, home to diverse wildlife, and admire the architectural beauty of St. Philomena’s Church.

End the day at Brindavan Gardens, famous for its illuminated musical fountain show before overnight stay.

 

Day 2: Mysore to Ooty – Forest Drives & Hill Station Arrival

After breakfast, depart towards Ooty via scenic forest roads passing through Bandipur National Forest and Mudumalai Forest, known for rich flora and fauna.

Upon reaching Ooty, visit Ooty Lake for a peaceful walk and boating experience, followed by the colorful Rose Garden. Explore the Thread Museum and relax in the pleasant hill climate.
